Idealogical city districts transformation with the focus on local culture, traditions, and tourism with the addition of creating a new part that would incorporate different functions and offer different typological housing. Two cities build on the opposite side of the river Danube competing with each other thru history. Starting with the city changes, first was to move the existing port to a more suitable location supporting its primary function and also add the possibility to practice water sports. Next was the focus on one of the sources of income for the city "Vadas Aquapark" where we extended it for more attractions to add and added new adjacent zones, the shopping quarter "komercna zona" and the park quarter these zones are meant to support and offer new places to spend times. Continuing the city changes, in the past city had a strong connection with agricultural habits and wide green land surrounding it, To add a new possibility income option on that several farms were added on the outline of the city near the train station for easier export access. In the past, the two cities had a good relationship with each other and often held a united market event trading locally made goods. In the present, this tradition was forgotten building on this foundation a pedestrian bridge is added to connect these two cities the bridge has a dedicated place for market stand offering the inhabitants of both cities return to the old tradition and strengthen the community between these cities.

The main focus of the study was the new residential area located close to the Danube River, generously placed - the design creates subsequent attractions, including the waterfront amphitheater, a beach, observation tower, and many more attractions. The typology of the residential area consists of various buildings types that also affect its zoning. The "high-rise" development does not exceed 3-floor above-ground in order to evoke a non-threatening environment, which helps create a pleasant atmosphere between the zones. A slightly elevated promenade is placed between the coast and the residential area offering a walk or a run by the river. The next few zones consist of family houses and multiuse buildings. Zones are interlaced with "points of interest" where on the 4 crossroads are located public changing public space, these points of interest are meant to be changed to offer always a new feeling when visiting them.
