A study for a heavy industry hall with an additional function for administrative. A precast steel-concrete system with a double-belt crane for load capacity up to 120t. The hall is designed universally without a specific focus on a single industry. The construction was chosen to withstand a variety of heavy loads and are resistant to damage. The hall shell consists of prefabricated panels to meet the halls fire resistance requirements.

 

The construction system of additional administration is similar to that of the precast steel-concrete hall, but it is designed for smaller loads with the main focus to offer office space variability
